September 9: Turkish Süper Lig side Göztepe have disciplined Georgian goalkeeper Luka Gugeshashvili following his controversial social media post following their 4-2 home defeat to Gaziantep FK in week four.
The 27-year-old goalkeeper, who was substituted at half-time following a poor first-half performance, took part in an angry exchange on Instagram targeting critics after the game and threatening fans.
The Izmir-based club officially announced that disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the player, who is currently on loan from PAOK and has conceded 11 goals in 4 games.

In his Instagram post, Gugeshashvili strongly defended his commitment while issuing a warning to online critics.
