After it was revealed over the weekend that Stephanie Walker has been medically cleared to face Becky Lynch in a number one contender’s match to decide who will next face women’s world champion Liv Morgan, new post on WWE’s X (formerly Twitter) account once again questioned the status of Wacker. The women were scheduled to face off on Monday’s edition of WWE Raw.
“Questions have arisen regarding Stephanie Walker’s medical availability heading into #WWERaw,” the post read. “Adam Pearce will address everything on tonight’s show.”
Pierce, general manager of the red brand, revealed in his own X account weekend that Lynch and Walker will go head-to-head on Monday night in a No. 1 contender’s match. On last week’s episode of the show, Lynch challenged Walker, who was still backstage with the cast. Piers rose to the challenge in the segmentbefore his post confirming the fight on Saturday.
