The tributes for AEW star Pac, who also competed in WWE under the ring name Neville, continue. after his death on September 27. They all over the wrestling world keep talking about the star with lovereal name Benjamin Satterly, including former WWE star Kalisto, who first worked with him on “WWE NXT.” Callisto spoke TMZ Sports’ “Inside the Ring” where he called Satterlee’s death “surreal”.
“It’s great to work. I wish I could work with him more,” she said. “I remember my first meeting with him because I’ve always wanted to work with Ben. Just seeing his Dragongate videos. He is one of the wrestlers that inspired me to do the style that I do as well. His style was unique. That was great. It’s just a flow, like art. The first time I worked with him, I think it was the Arnold Classic guy, but it wasn’t televised, it was the Arnold Classic. we were killing it and I just thought we had such a great match the second time I worked with him on SmackDown for the US title we could have done more.”
Kalisto said that while he wishes he could do more in the ring with Satterly, he is thankful for the time they spent between the ropes and the fact that he got to share the locker room with him. He said that everything the stars in both AEW and WWE say about Pac are all very true and he has been watching a lot of The Man Who Gravity Forgot.
