Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash always went big. Whether it was his physical stature, his time in the New World Order (nWo), or his championship haul in WCW and WWE, he refused to be anything less than a big deal. That said, the nicknames he picked up along the way, like “Big Daddy Cool” and “Big Sexy,” didn’t just fall from the sky, they were inspirations behind them. When asked by a fan if “Big Daddy Cool” was an homage to Big Daddy Kane, the former multiple world heavyweight champion explained where that moniker came from, and another in “Big Sexy.”

While both nicknames are associated with Nash’s accomplished career, one current WWE Superstar has put her spin on one of Nash’s names, calling herself “Big Mami Cool.” WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez. Nash has publicly addressed Rodriguez’s widely recognized nickname, praising the Doomsday Member for taking his legacy to new heights. Beyond his admiration for him, he also praised Rodriguez’s work ethic in WWE, stating that he considers him a top player in the sport.
