Braun Breaker and Sol Ruka qualified for the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder matches on WWE Raw by defeating Ethan Page and Rey Mysterio and Lyra Valkyria and Maxine Dupree, respectively.
Breaker took Paige out of the opening ring and turned his attention to Mysterio, wearing him down in the corner. She went back to Paige in the other corner before Mysterio and Paige teamed up for a moment, fighting back before eventually going down to the mat again.
Page and Mysterio again worked to get Breaker out of the ring so they could fight each other. Mysterio looked for the 619, but Breaker caught him outside the ring and threw him into the barricade. He then jumped off the apron to send Paige through the announcer’s table, but Mysterio came back over the barricade to deliver the West Coast Pop to send Breaker into the desk.
Breaker tried to spear both Paige and Mysterio at ringside, but they sent him into the steel steps. Mysterio hit the 619 on Paige and went for a splash, Breaker grabbed his ankle only to punch him but that allowed Paige to get into the fire truck.
Becker then connected on the FrankenSteiner from the top rope and speared Mysterio to secure the win.
The women’s match kicked off as all three competitors battled each other, with Ruka being sent out of the ring first so that Dupree and Valkyria could continue their exchange. Ruka returned to the ring and resumed control, taking out Valkyrie and then turning her attention to Dupree.
Valkyrie seemed to win the match when she beat Nightwing and Dupree, making the cover before Bailey is back! and pulled the referee out of the ring. Valkyrie was then caught with the Soul Snatcher and Ruka covered her to get the win.
After the match, Bayley continued to beat on Valkyrie and looked to put her through the announcer’s desk. But Valkyrie escaped from the crowd.
