49ers wide receiver Mike Evans did not practice Thursday after being a limited participant the day before. He played through a rib injury, catching five passes for 76 yards and is expected to play Sunday against the Seahawks.
Defensive end Nick Bosa (knee/calf), linebacker Kyle Juszczyk (knee), safety Marques Sigle (ankle) and defensive tackle James Thompson (ankle) also did not practice.
Bosa has missed the last two games and is not expected to play this week.
“I don’t think he’s far from playing, so hopefully, it will be sooner rather than later“, 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said on his weekly radio show on KNBR, via David Bonilla of 49erswebzone.com. “We’d like to get him out before our bye week, so hopefully we can do that, but it’s still too early to tell.”
Cornerback Upton Stout (shoulder) returned to practice on a limited basis after sitting out Wednesday’s session.
Defensive end Mykel Williams remained limited as he works his way back from the ACL tear that ended his 2025 season. He is expected to be activated from active/PUP before Sunday’s game.
“It’s been his second week back, so he had a good week last week — even better this week,” Shanahan said. “So it should be good to go for Sunday.”
