Former Baylor guard My heart agreed to a training camp contract Warriorsaccording to Paul Garcia of The Spot Up Shot (Link to Twitter).
Agbim played in 33 games for the Bears last season as a senior, averaging 10.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 33.3 minutes a night on a .375/.356/.854 shooting percentage. He led Baylor in both field goal and 3-point shooting, connecting on 78 of 219 from beyond the arc.
Agbim also played one season at Wyoming, two at Fort Lewis and one at Northeast Junior College in Colorado.
Provided Agbim signs and opts out of his Amendment 10 deal before the start of the 2026/27 season, he will be eligible for a bonus of up to $91,000 if he spends at least 60 days with the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State’s G League affiliate. Annex 10 contracts can also be converted into bilateral transactions.
Golden State is currently on the offseason cap with 15 players on fully or partially guaranteed standard contracts, along with four others on Annex 10 contracts and a pair of two-way deals. One more step would have to be taken before Agbim’s signing could be completed, and it’s possible he won’t stick around the roster for very long.
The Warriors are reportedly interested in making a splash in the Summer League Graham Ike and still have an unsigned second-round pick Laja Jones.
