Deontay Wilder could appear on the undercard for the Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua fight.
The British heavyweight duo will finally share the ring at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Friday December 11 and their American rival Wilder could also fight on the same bill, Sky Sports understands.
In Wilder’s last fight, the former WBC champion fought to a points victory over British contender Derek Chisora at The O2 in London in April.
Wilder could now return to Britain for a fight in the highly-anticipated Fury vs Joshua event, although a possible opponent has yet to be confirmed.
The bronze bomber fought Fury on three occasions, knocking him down several times as they fought to a draw before Wilder suffered two consecutive stoppage losses.
Wilder also had a long-standing rivalry with Joshua, although they have yet to settle their feud with a fight.
