Arman Tsarukyan wants to raise the bar after a dominant technique fall victory over Dillon Danis last night (Friday, October 23, 2026) at RAF 14 in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the UFC lightweight contender is now 8-1 under the Real American Freestyle (RAF) banner.
After Friday’s win, Tsarukyan indicated he wanted to challenge the “best fighters” on the RAF mat. Obviously, the UFC lightweight contender would like a rematch against Covington, but he also wants to challenge himself against better-known opponents such as UFC legend Georges St-Pierre. Tsarukyan mentioned GSP by name in RAF 14’s post-battle press conference.
“We have a lot of names here. Right now I’m focusing on the big name MMA fighters,” Tsarukyan said.
“I don’t want to just wrestle the no-names. I want to get all the big names, all the best fighters. A lot of UFC fighters, a lot of good fighters signed.
“We’ll see, maybe they can bring in GSP,” he continued. “I’d like to wrestle him.”
