Pro wrestling podcaster and wrestling collector Conrad Thompson ruffled a few feathers when he argued that Roman Reigns is overrateda comment that received strong backlash from the WWE star.
Reigns pushed back on Thompson’s recent comments about him “Club Shay Shay“Podcast mocking the popularity of his shows while claiming to be a ‘metric engine.’ He also claimed that Thompson was using Reigns’ popularity to get views for his shows.
“The truth is, do many people watch that guy’s show? So you’re going to say things? You already know I’m a metric mover, stuff like that. They know I get views and all that. So that’s good. I mean, it is what it is,” Reigns began. “But yeah, I mean, and if you look at the guy’s background, you already know where his support system is, you know what I mean. All you have to do is scroll a little and see who she’s a fan of and who she’s connected with. But no, if they want to use my name to make a point, that’s the area right now.”

Others in the business, such as AEW’s MVP, have said that Reigns has earned his place in wrestling, but I don’t think he has. went into movies and became a big name like The Rock or John Cena.
