in an interview with MuscleManMalcolm:Mysterio shared that he never thought he’d be in a position like this, but it’s a feeling that ties his involvement with AAA. “It’s crazy, man, the evolution of sports in general has been crazy,” he said. “The fact that I was offered this position to become the AAA GM is something I never thought would come, to see this moment come full circle.”
Mysterio then pointed out that he was part of the first AAA show in 1992 when the promotion was still called Asistencia Asesoría y Administración, and he also performed at the first TripleMania event the following year. “It’s awesome, man, I’m really enjoying this moment.”
