WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair had a terrible fall on friday morning. According to his daughter Charlotte Flair, however, he seems to have come out of it well, both physically and mentally.
Following the news of Rick’s downfall, Charlotte went to X to update him on his condition, noting that her father had jokingly blamed the situation on his late WWE partner, The Ultimate Warrior.
“Not my father tells the doctor that he fell in BC. by the warrior, dropping him on his head.’ Charlotte wrote. “… (ps. he’ll be fine).”

Rick, 77, had reportedly left a Tampa bar, leaving behind his phone and drinks, when he suddenly collapsed while crossing the street. The collapse caused multiple injuries, including cuts to Rick’s head and eye, the latter of which is said to have bled profusely afterwards. An ambulance then took the “Nature Boy” to a local hospital, where he recovered for several hours.
“Thank you all for your messages and prayers.” Rick: he wrote after the incident. “I’ll get back to you separately when I’m stronger. Thank you to all the staff and doctors at Tampa General Hospital who put up with me until 4:30 in the morning. I appreciate you and thank you for everything you have done for me. I am focused on my recovery and recovery right now. I’ll be Oka.”
Just hours before his fall, Rick revealed he had been unable to make public appearances because a clot in his leg prevented him from walking certain distances. It is not known if that clot contributed to her collapse and trip to the hospital.
