All Elite Wrestling will host its annual Blood and Guts edition of AEW Dynamite on November 4th, and after the men’s match was made official last week, the women’s match has also been made official following the events. October 24 “AEW Collision”.
During “Collision”, the Divine Dominion’s match with the Wrathlander ended in a disqualification when the Sisters of Sin intervened on behalf of Megan Bane and Lena Cross. As Chris Statlander and Harley Cameron were beaten, Thekla ran in to join the action before Willow Nightingale made a steel chain save for her two former partners. Backstage, Nightingale stated that Divine Reign and the Triangle of Madness may have avoided a taste of his steel chain for now, but he wants to give them a taste of some real steel on November 4th by issuing the Blood and Guts challenge.

Nightingale explained that she got off the phone with The Brawling Birds, two women who also hate Divine Dominion and the Triangle of Madness, and agreed to join forces with Statlander, Cameron, and Nightingale for Blood and Guts. Wrathlander wasn’t too impressed with the idea, considering they’re challenging both Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship at AEW Full Gear 2026, but they’ll have no choice but to co-exist as the match was made official shortly after Collision aired.

November 4th will mark only the second time in AEW history that the women’s division will compete in a Blood and Guts match. The first fight took place last year in Greensboro, North Carolina. Megan Bane and the Triangle of Madness also teamed up for the match, as did Nightingale, Statlander, Cameron and Hayter, who would all enter the double cage structure for the second time, and Lena Cross and Alex Windsor for the first time.
