During Monday’s Ring of Honor tapings in Jacksonville, Florida, AEW president Tony Khan revealed that on Wednesday AEW Dynamite will pay tribute to the late Pacreal name Benjamin Satterly who died on Sunday aged 40. Before the show in Pittsburgh on Tuesday, Khan took to social media to reveal the main event.
A: post on X (formerly Twitter) Khan revealed that AEW World Champion Will Osprey will face Ricochet. He also posted a fight schedule.
“Two iconic rivals of the late great PAC will battle 1-on-1 in honor of our fallen friend in Wednesday Night Dynamite’s PAC Tribute tomorrow. This is for Ben,” Khan wrote.
An emotional Khan revealed during his announcement before the ROH tapings that the wrestlers competing in both ROH and Dynamite on Wednesday are doing so voluntarily following the tragic death of their friend.

Osprey shared graph on X and said: “This is for you Ben. We love you.” Ricochet after Satterlee’s death posted a moving tributealso in X, next to a photo of himself and Satterlee in Japan.
“After giving it some time, I still don’t know what to say,” Ricochet wrote. “What can I say that hasn’t already been said about Ben? I start to get angry with myself for not being able to help the situation. Then I feel sad again knowing that my friend is gone. My heart really hurts.”
AEW revealed on social media Sunday night that Satterly had passed away. The star competed the night before, opening AEW All Out against Andrade El Idolo for the national championship.
