The Seattle Mariners could hire the former manager of one of their biggest division rivals 👀
After deciding not to bring back Dan Wilson, Seattle is reportedly interviewing former Houston Astros manager Joe Espada for its managerial opening.
Espada spent years coaching in Houston before becoming manager in 2024, so he knows the AL West and understands what it takes to manage a team with high expectations.
But after Houston moved on from him, would bringing Espada to Seattle really be the right decision?
With Julio Rodríguez and Cal Raleigh leading the roster, the Mariners need someone who can get this team back into contention.
Would you hire Joe Espada, or should Seattle look for a completely fresh voice?
