Tubelo took out two seeds en route to the draw. She defeated fourth seed Laura Samson 6-0, 6-4 in her opening match, then beat eighth seed Yazmin Ortenzi 2-6, 6-2, 6-3 in the quarterfinals.
In the final, she will face Austria’s Julia Grabher, the second seed, who defeated Argentina’s Julia Riera 6-3, 6-3.
