On Wrestling Observer RadioDave Meltzer provided an update on Borden. “He’s fine. I didn’t hear that he flew home, but I was told he would be able to fly home,” he said. during postshow scrum:Tony Khan said Borden’s tests and CT scan came back fine. Khan also said Borden would be able to fly home the following day, Sunday.
After Borden’s injury, many fans took to social media to try to determine who was to blame for Borden being on the spot. Ricochet weighed in and said people get hurt at both high and low risk points and that’s the unfortunate thing about getting into the ring. He encouraged others to hope Borden continues to get better.
