The 946 faction led by Royce Keys has made a big impact in their short time in WWE and Keys believes they are destined for big things.
Keys, who made his WWE debut earlier this year, created 946 in August. The faction continued to recruit new members Cruz Montana is the last. Keys said in an interview withThe Sportstarthat he’s always dreamed of being a part of WWE and believes he can do something special with 946, which he hopes can become as big as legendary factions like D-Generation X and the Four Horsemen.
“It’s always been a dream to be here in the company, you know, the goal was to come here,” Keys said. “I see this group, the 946, is up there with, you know, the bloodline. Just what we were doing, you know, with DX, you know, The Four Horsemen, Evolution.
The former AEW star is optimistic about the group’s success in WWE, highlighting how each of them has fought hard to get to where they are today.
“We all have a unique past. I’m not saying they don’t have (Bloodline), but I feel like we’re on the other side of the train tracks. Our fight is a bit different from Bloodline.
Keys believes that each member of 946 is unique and brings something special to the group, singling out two who have shown a different side of themselves: Carmelo Hayes and Jayda Parker. He feels that Hayes has shown his aggressive side in the group, while Parker is incredibly physical, claiming that he can be stronger than some of the male wrestlers.
