Rosas Jr. is scheduled to headline
UFC Vegas 121 against Raoni’s Barcelos September 26 at Meta Apex in Las Vegas. Rosas Jr. is especially excited to challenge himself in the fourth and fifth rounds as it prepares him for future potential title fights.

Rosas Jr. also wants 25 minutes to try and finish his wily veteran opponent, who has only been knocked out and submitted once in his career.
“It’s definitely different running a five-round fight,” Rosas Jr. said Wednesday. “And I’m excited to go there for five rounds for the first time. I’m more excited when it goes to the fourth and fifth rounds. Because I’m getting used to it as the championship is getting (closer) … I want to have five rounds to try to finish him because he’s hard to finish. Even if he goes down and I try, he’ll go back.”
Rosas Jr. signed with the UFC in 2022 when he was just 17 years old, becoming the youngest UFC fighter in history. Rosas Jr. suffered his only career loss in the first round in his UFC debut.
