PIF ATP Live Race to Turin, points from January 1, after Monday’s matches. Sinner is out for the season, so 9th is the last spot. Koboli left Paris and remains in 3690. Mensik (14th, 2550) and Auger-Aliassime (16th, 2490) are not in the Paris draw. Davydovich Fokina is out of the top 16.

Cobolli’s place in Turin is now in the hands of others

Cobollin, who? Left in tears against Matteo Berettini in Vienna After trailing 5-2 in the first set last Thursday, he took the best position among the contenders. Reaching the quarter-finals would guarantee her first qualification in her home country.

He will now only miss Turin if four players pass him this week. Phils edged him to the quarterfinals (3,725 points), Tiafoe to the semifinals (3,780), Jodar and de Minaur to the final (3,834 and 3,810), and Djokovic, Fritz and Paul to the title.

His exit also lowers the bar for the two men behind him. The Phils now need the quarterfinals to secure their spot, not the semifinals, and Tiafoe needs the semifinals, not the finals.

What every aspirant needs in Paris

Player: Still alive if he arrives It is certain that Toury, if he arrives
Flavio Cobolli Taken, 3,690 left Only comes out if four players pass him
Arthur son Already alive Quarter finals
Francis Tiafoe Already alive Semi-final
Rafael Jodar Already alive Final:
Alex de Minaur Third round (must win first game); quarterfinals if Jodar beats Rudy Final:
Novak Djokovic Semi-final Title:
Taylor Fritz Semi-final; final if Jodar beats Rudy Title:
Tommy Paul Final: Title:
Jiri Lehecka Title: Even with the title
Alejandro Davidovich Fokina Title: Even with the title

“Sure of Turin”. qualified regardless of the other results, given the draw in Paris. Calculated from official ATP totals and points from each round. A tie in points is considered inconclusive.

Jodar leads de Minaur by 64 points before facing Rudd

Fuck, who? entered the top 10 on Mondaystruck out 24 against the victorious Tabilo. His next opponent, Rudd, beat Argentina’s Juan Manuel Cherundolo 6-3, 6-2 without a break point on Monday.

A win over Rudd would take Jodar to 3,284 points, more than de Minaur could achieve with his first win (3,260). De Minaur, who had a first-round bye and will face Andrei Rublev or Thomas Martin Etcheverry, will then need the quarter-finals to get past him.

Kobolli’s exit also changed Jodar’s position. Instead of the Italian, he will face lucky loser Thiago Agustin Tirante, Jan-Lennard Struff or Frenchman Arthur Gea in the third round for a place in the quarterfinals.

Five contenders will meet in Paris on Tuesday

Djokovic, Fritz, Paul, Lehecka and Davidovic Fokina cannot afford to lose on Tuesday. A loss in Game 1 would put each of them at 2,900 points or more, below Jodar’s current total, and Koboli, Phils and Tiafoe would also be out of reach.

Order of play on Tuesday Davydovic sets up Fokina in second on Court Central against the French wildcard Moise KouameChampion of Brest. Djokovic calls back against Valentin Vacherotwho beat Leheka 2-6, 6-3, 6-3 in the Basel final on Sunday.

On Court 1, Paul will face 2022 champion Holger Rohn before Fritz plays qualifier Benjamin Bonzi, not until 3:30 p.m. Lehecka meets Alex Michelsen on Court 2 shortly after 3 p.m.

Djokovic needs at least a semi-final to stay in contention, and only the title will ensure his place. Fritz is in the same position, but the final will be needed if Jodar beats Rudy. Paul needs at least a final, while Lehecka and Davydovich Fokina can only hope for a title, and even that will depend on the results of the others.

Fils, Tiafoe and de Minaur, who all received first-round byes, are not on Tuesday’s schedule. The Phils will face the qualifier Thomas Machakand Tiafoe, the winner of Tuesday’s Quentin Hallis-Arthur Fair match.

The draw has placed three pairs of contenders in the same bracket with a possible third-round meeting: Djokovic vs. de Minaur, Paul vs. Tiafoe and Fritz vs. Phils. Djokovic, Paul and Fritz need two wins, de Minaur, Tiafoe and Phils one. Jodar and de Minaur are in opposite halves and can only meet in the final.
