The festive Premier League fixtures have been announced for this season – with 29 matches available to watch live on Sky Sports between Boxing Day and January 7.
England’s leadership announced the festive matches more than three months in advance, as it “gives notice to supporters to plan and make travel arrangements for a particularly busy time of year”.
It also follows consultation with the Football Supporters’ Association and representatives from the club’s Supporters’ Advisory Boards.
There will be seven Premier League matches on Boxing Day this year, with Hull City vs. Liverpool – Departure at 17:30 – and Newcastle vs. Man City – kicks off at 8pm – showing as a live Sky Sports header.
A triple header on Sky Sports then follows on Super Sunday on December 27, with Frank Lampard in action. Chelsea HOW Coventry boss at 2 p.m. Then that match is followed by Manchester United vs. Nottingham Forest then at 4:30 p.m Crystal Palace vs. Arsenal at 7 pm.
Every Premier League club is given at least 60 hours between Christmas and New Year games.
There are two festive midweek rounds of Premier League fixtures when every game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
The first takes place between Tuesday 29 December and Wednesday 30 December. the next takes place between Tuesday 5 January and Thursday 7 January.
And on the weekend in between, Sky Sports will be on Leeds vs. Everton Friday Night Football on New Year’s Day, then Bournemouth vs. Aston Villa on Jan. 3 for Saturday Night Football at 5:30 p.m. Super Sunday of that weekend see Chelsea vs. Newcastle at 2:00 p.m., then Man City vs. Tottenham at 16:30.
Broadcasting Elections for November and the beginning of December will be announced before October 19.
