The Networks officially announced on Wednesday that they have signed the forwards Ben Hamrichus and Dine Dainga to contracts. This was reported by a source to NetsDaily (Link to Twitter), that both players are expected to be in the club’s training camp. Brooklyn now has a full 21-man roster.
Gumrichus according to reports agreed to terms with Brooklyn Agreement 10 shortly after the rejection in June. The 6-foot-9 forward finished his collegiate career last season playing as a backup for an Illinois State team that reached the Final Four before losing to UConn. He averaged 5.8 points and 3.9 rebounds in 22.5 minutes per game over 37 outings, shooting .383/.361/.792.
Daingja, 24, went undrafted out of Memphis in 2025 and signed an Supplement 10 contract with the Heat last September. The 6-foot-9 forward spent training camp and the preseason with Miami before being waived and showing up to the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the team’s G League affiliate.
Dainga played in 50 games for the Skyforce, averaging 13.1 ppg and 5.9 ppg on 21.9 mpg while shooting 62.3% from the floor. He attempted (and missed) just one 3-pointer in those 50 contests, shooting 52.6% from the free throw line.
Both Hamrichus and Dainga played for the Brooklyn Summer League team in July and now appear to be suiting up for the Long Island Nets in the G League this fall.
Assuming they both sign Exhibit 10 deals, which is a safe bet, they’ll be eligible for up to $91K in bonuses on top of their NBAGL base salaries if they spend at least 60 days on Long Island. If that’s the plan, the Nets would have to purchase the rights to bring Dainja back to the Skyforce.
