Nadal will share the court with rivals and friends from his career, the academy said. Participating players and ticket details will be announced in the coming days, he added, and seating is limited by the academy’s center court capacity. The event will be shown live on Movistar Plus.

The 40-year-old Spaniard retires after the Davis Cup final in Malaga in November 2024, which brought him 22 Grand Slam singles titles, including a record 14 at the French Open, an Olympic gold medal in singles and 209 weeks at world No.1.
The academy, based in his hometown of Manacor on the island of Mallorca, opened in 2016 and trains young players from around the world while allowing them to continue their studies. The organization said the anniversary event will highlight the methodology and values that shaped Nadal’s career.
The exhibition does not herald a competitive comeback. Nadal told CNBC in June that he would not return to professional tennis even after Serena Williams retired, saying he was focusing on academia. He made one appearance at the “Night of Legends” exhibition at the Australian Open in February.
Who will join Nadal at Manacor is expected to draw the most attention when the academy releases its guest list in the coming days.
