The other two qualifying matches will have other implications for the championship ahead. Despite losing to Osprey at the French Grand Slam, AEW International Champion Kazuchika Okada is getting a second chance at the company’s richest prize in a qualifying match against Myron Reed. However, Okada’s international title will be on the line against Reed. Rounding out the qualifiers will be a champion vs. champion clash as AEW TNT Champion Darby Aline will face CMLL World Heavyweight Champion Hechichero, but only Darby’s TNT title will be at stake in that bout.
