After the announcement that Stephanie Wacker did not receive a medical facility to appear October 26 episode of WWE Raw Becky Lynch quickly entered a main event match to challenge Liv Morgan for the WWE Women’s World Championship. However, Judgment Day proved to be the deciding factor as the match ended in a disqualification.
The match was a back-and-forth that saw both women control the match for a few moments, with Morgan in particular thinking she had won it all with an Oblivion that Lynch was able to kick out of. Lynch locked in a disarmer, which Morgan was also able to escape, but when he locked it a second time, Morgan had nowhere to go. Just then, Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez ran over to back Morgan up, which was enough of a distraction for Morgan to escape once again.
Judgment Day tried to attack Lynch on the outside, but a miscommunication resulted in Rodriguez stepping on Perez’s face before Lynch landed a senton on both ladies. As he returned to the ring, Morgan looked to hit the Oblivion, but Lynch cut him off with a Manhandle Slam for what appeared to be the win, until Judgment Day rushed in to break the count, forcing the disqualification for Morgan to retain his title. After the match, Judgment Day mercilessly defeated Lynch, prompting a whole host of stars to try and even the odds.
Chelsea Green came to the rescue to attack her opponent at Crown Jewel on November 7, hitting Morgan with the Unpretti-her. IYO Sky also came to us to attack Rodriguez after the fight earlier in the night, but as Morgan lay motionless in the ring, Tiffany Stratton hit the ring. He landed the coolest Moonsault ever on Morgan before telling the referee he was going to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Just before the referee rang the bell, Dominic Mysterio appeared to frantically drag Morgan out of the ring, leaving Stratton in the ring with his briefcase as the show went off the air.
