Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray sprained his hamstring late in the fourth quarter. He said it was late enough that it didn’t affect him in Sunday’s 19-15 loss to the Lions.
But Murray will undergo further assessment on Monday.
“We will look at itobviously, and do what we have to do,” Murray said, via ESPN’s Kevin Seifert.
Murray entered the sideline medical tent after throwing a touchdown pass with 8:44 left. He returned to the field for the next car.
It is unclear if this was related to the hip problem or something else.
“Kyler Murray just had a little hamstring strain and he was able to get back into the football game late,” coach Kevin O’Connell said.
Murray completed 17 of 29 passes for 210 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. He ran for 35 yards on four carries.
