Indianapolis Colts @ Pittsburgh Steelers Preview
The Indianapolis Colts will be looking to make it three wins in a row when they travel to the Acrisure Stadium to face the Pittsburgh Steelers week 5 of 2026 NFL season on sunday
Shane Steichen’s team opened the season with losses against the Baltimore Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs, giving up 74 points in those two games.
The Colts were much improved defensively in Week 3, beating the Houston Texans 19-17 to record their first win of the season.
They followed that up with an emphatic 30-13 win over the Washington Commanders in London last Sunday.
Jonathan Taylor was instrumental in that success, rushing for 95 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries as Indianapolis controlled proceedings at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The running back has now scored six touchdowns in international games, more than any other player in NFL history.
The Steelers have had an inconsistent first month under new coach Mike McCarthy, alternating wins and losses through their first four games.
They opened with a 20-13 win over the Atlanta Falcons before losing 20-3 to the New England Patriots.
Pittsburgh responded with a 30-27 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, but its momentum was halted by a 27-24 loss against Cleveland in Week 4.
Aaron Rodgers produced his best passing performance of the campaign against the Browns, throwing for 299 yards and three touchdowns.
However, Pittsburgh struggled to establish a balanced offensive approach, with Rodgers attempting 40 passes compared to a team-high 19 rushing attempts.
