Ultimate Fighting Championship debut on Thursday’s notice.
Lucas Brennan was originally scheduled to face off Austin Debt in the featherweight match at
UFC Vegas 124 on Saturday at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas. However, Brennan was forced out of the game after suffering a torn ACL. Accordingly Marcel DorffCalderon is set to make his UFC debut against Bash on Thursday’s notice.
Carlos Calderon is reportedly replacing Lucas Brennan with Austin Bash
Calderon (11-4, 1 NC) is currently riding a three-game winning streak. He won
Fury Fighting Championship featherweight title against a former UFC fighter Damon Jackson last May. The “Chief” then defended his title Lorram Esteves in October.
Calderon lost Alberto Montes in
Dana White Candidate Series in 2024 and has since gone 5-1 at Fury FC.
Meanwhile, Bashi (14-2) was undefeated as he earned a 2024 contract in the DWCS. However, he has dropped two of his three UFC fights. The 25-year-old loses by unanimous decision
Jose Delgado.
