The England The women’s under-18 program will begin with a four-day camp at the University of Nottingham.
From Friday, October 16 to Monday, October 19, 67 players will participate in the camp. Split into forwards and backs, the group will participate in positional meetings, field training, unit meetings, strength and conditioning work and educational workshops.
All nine sites of the RFU’s player development group are involved in the squad – which was named shortly after regional training earlier in October.
Holly Bagnowiec, Zara Barringer, Scarlett Beech, Rosalyn Civil, Alice Fleming, Hannah Foley, Beth Hall, Mali Hill, Christal Koroiyadi, Eva Larkai, Isabella Lyndon, Maisie Trotman, Rowan Turney and Charlie Williams have all played in the U18s before.
England U18 Women will reunite in December for a three-day camp at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.
James Cooper, England Under-18s head coach, said: “We are delighted to have assembled the squad for the first time this season.
“The boot camp is always an exciting opportunity for players to showcase their abilities, build new relationships and embrace the standards and expectations of the English road.
“We have a talented group of young players coming into the program and this camp will be an important first step in their development.
“We look forward to seeing the players challenge themselves, learn from the coaching team and enjoy representing England rugby.”
