Nottingham Forest manager Oliver Glasner returns to Selhurst Park for the first time since leaving Crystal Palacewhere he led the team to the FA Cup and European glory.
The Austrian was in charge during arguably the best period in Palace’s history, guiding the club to their first major trophy in 2025 when they triumphed in the world’s oldest club competition.
A year later, he repeated the feat but in one of the newest, the Conference League, when he defeated Raya Vallecano in Leipzig.
The 52-year-old’s time at Forest so far has been somewhat underwhelming, having picked up just one win from his first five league games this season to leave them in thirteenth place.
His former club have fared even worse, sitting in 15th place with just four points.
It promises to be an emotional but no less competitive meeting for Glasner in south London.
