October 15: Concacaf has expanded its partnership with Shriners Children’s, the children’s hospital charity, adding the W Championship to a deal that already covers its top men’s tournaments.
Shriners Children’s will remain an official partner of the Gold Cup and Nations League finals in 2027. The new agreement builds on the 2025 editions of both competitions, when patients and their stories feature everywhere, and now extends this platform to the women’s game.
“Soccer gives us a powerful platform to bring people together and shine a light on organizations that make a meaningful difference in our communities,” said Concacaf Chief Commercial Officer Heidi Pellerano.
“We look forward to continuing to share the stories and impact of Shriners Children’s in our competitions, and we are especially pleased to welcome them to the Concacaf W Championship this year.”
Bob Roller, Vice President of Sports at Shriners Children’s, said, “Our patients show us every day what it means to overcome challenges, pursue big goals and believe in what is possible. Expanding our partnership with Concacaf gives us an incredible opportunity to share these stories with millions of soccer-loving fans while introducing more families around the world to the innovative care at Shriners Children’s.”
The deal adds to a section occupied commercially for Concacaf. Last month it agreed a deal with Fox Latin America that covers the next two Nations League cycles, 2026-27 and 2028-29, including the finals, as well as qualifying for the 2030 World Cup, which runs from September 2027 to November 2029.
In June, Fox renewed as the US English-language home of the Gold Cup for its next two editions and added the Nations League until 2029.
