The Chiefs have lost a pair of defensive tackles to season-ending injuries, and they added one to help fill out the ranks on Wednesday.
They announced that they have signed defensive tackle Ricky Barber off the practice squad. Javon Kinlaw and Daron Payne both landed on injured reserve with season-ending injuries this week.
Barber signed with the Commanders as an undrafted free agent in 2025 and appeared in two games. He had five tackles and a sack in that action, but hasn’t been named to the active roster yet this year.
The Chiefs also announced that they have signed defensive tackle Daniel Ekuale to their training squad.
