The Colts have called up a pair of players from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Jaguars.
Defensive end Carl Lawson and cornerback Johnathan Edwards will join the roster in Jacksonville. Both players will return after the match.
Lawson signed with the Colts’ practice squad earlier this month and has not appeared in a single game for the team. The veteran played in one game for the Ravens last season and previously appeared in 89 games for the Cowboys, Jets and Bengals.
Edwards played in 14 games and made five starts for the Colts last season. He had 26 hits in those appearances.
