Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love connects with wide receiver Christian Watson for a huge 53-yard gain in the first half of Thursday night’s game against the Carolina Panthers.
But after the game, Watson was taken to the blue medical tent for further evaluation for what was described by the team as a chest injury after a long layoff on Lambeau Field.
The injury occurred during this game on Thursday night.
After the initial evaluation, Watson was listed as “questionable” to return from a chest injury. But the Packers have since issued an update, saying he was being taken to a local hospital for a “precautionary evaluation.”
The update, which aired on Amazon Prime, indicated that the cause of concern was a “chest injury” and showed Watson walking to and from an ambulance.
Note: This is a developing story and will be updated.
