Baltimore Ravens @ Buffalo Bills Preview
The Buffalo Bills will look to strengthen their position at the top of the AFC East when they welcome the Baltimore Ravens at Highmark Stadium in Week 8 of 2026 NFL season on sunday
Buffalo returns from its bye week with a 5-1 record, while Baltimore has lost its last two games and faces a major test as they try to revive their AFC North title hopes.
The Bills lead the NFL in rushing touchdowns, averaging 2.33 per game, and have scored 23 total touchdowns, the second-highest total in the league.
However, his defensive performances have been far less convincing.
Buffalo is allowing over 380 yards per game and has especially struggled against the pass, giving up an average of nearly 286 yards per game.
That weakness could prove costly against Baltimore, especially if Lamar Jackson returns from injury.
The Ravens have endured a more inconsistent campaign, winning four of their first seven games.
Jesse Minter’s team has lost back-to-back games and enters Sunday’s contest on the back of a disappointing 35-13 home loss against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The quarterback has been sidelined since suffering an ankle injury against the Tennessee Titans in Week 4, leaving Tyler Huntley to lead the offense.
Huntley has performed reasonably well in Jackson’s absence, but Baltimore hasn’t had the same offensive threat without its two-time NFL MVP.
Jackson threw for 967 yards and six touchdowns in his first four appearances, completing more than 70 percent of his passes and posting a 119.6 passer rating.
His potential return would be a huge boost for an offense that has continued to put up impressive numbers despite its recent struggles.
