“AEW Dynamite Grand Slam. Grand Slam France scored a 0.11 rating in 18-49, down 50 percent from last week’s 0.22 rating. “NXT” earned 0.10 weekly. “Dynamite” is down 30 percent compared to its four-week average of 708,000 viewers, and its four-week average rating of 0.14 is down 21 percent.
The main event of the episode saw the AEW World Champion Ospreay will successfully defend his title against Kazuchika Okada. Three other titles were defended on the night, with TNT champion Darby Allyn retaining Kyle Fletcher. AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Monae defeated Queen Aminata and Bandido defeated New Level Kofi to retain her ROH World Championship.
Elsewhere on the show, Samoa Joe defeated “The Jungle” Jack Perry to qualify Clockwork Carnage at AEW WrestleDream. Mark Davis and Jake Doyle of the Don Callies Family defeated John Moxley and Gabe Kidd of the Death Riders, and it was revealed that Davis would challenged Moxley for his AEW Continental Championship on WrestleDream.
