The eighth annual AEW All Out pay-per-view is upon us as the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois descends on a sea of Elite Wrestling fans. The show was sold out for several weeks and the company rewarded fans who bought their tickets early with a total of 11 matches, 7 of which have championships. It’s going to be an eventful night, so let’s take a look at what we have in store with the full and final card breakdown. AEW All Out 2026.
One of the most anticipated major events of the year: Will Ospreay will make his first defense of the AEW World Championship against AEW Continental Champion John Moxley. It was Moxley and the Death Riders who put Osprey on the shelf last summer, but Moxley and the Death Riders also helped Osprey become his best self. Now that Ospreay is champion, will Moxley be able to defeat the weapon he helped create in the first place?
For the AEW World Tag Team Championship, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage will look to turn back the years at All Out as they defend their titles against The Young Bucks and FTR. in a three-way Ladder Match. It’s been nearly 16 years since Copeland competed in any sort of Ladder Match, but both he and Cage helped popularize the match in the 1990s and 2000s. Now they’ve faced two teams that have been through hell and back together and look to cement their own legacy as the greatest duo in AEW history.
It was All Out 2024 at the NOW Arena where Hangman Page and Swerve Strickland nearly killed each other in a Lights Out Steel Cage match, but this year they will write a new chapter in their brutal and complicated history. Page will team up with Brody King and Bandido challenge Strickland and New Level for the AEW World Triathlon Championship. Kofi and Austin Creed have new life in AEW and want to face the best the company has to offer, but even with Strickland by their side and the belts around their waists, they aren’t much better than the combination of Paige, King and the current ROH World Champion.
Gold will be on the line
There will be four more titles at AEW All Out 2026, including the AEW International Championship Kazuchika Okada will defend his title against Tommaso Ciampa. “Psycho Killer” has wanted to face Okada for years, but he only wants to face the version of Okada he saw in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Ciampa wants “The Rain” and that’s exactly what he’ll get this Saturday.
As for Persephone, she won’t actually know who she’s facing in All Out until the day of the show. He has issued an open challenge for his AEW TBS Championship this Saturday, however, made it clear that the three women were not allowed to respond to the challenge. Maya World, mainly because she didn’t get a medical exam, Hya because Persephone beat her up in the most recent episode of AEW Dynamite, and Thunder Rosa because both Persephone and Dr. Britt Baker DMD think she’s pathetic. Whoever answers the challenge will have a real challenge to throw Persephone off her game.
In a rematch at AEW All In London 2026, The Brawling Birds will give Divine Dominion their rematch for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship, only this time it will be a Chicago street fight. Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor got theirs good times at Wembley Stadium when they beat Megan Bain and Lena Cross, but the former champions were so dominant they thought their defeat at Wembley was a fluke. This weekend, Windsor and Hayter will be able to prove that it wasn’t the brutal way.
The end of title matches has been five years in the making, at least when it comes to All Out as a pay-per-view, as Andrade El Idolo will defend the AEW National Championship against PAC. The two men were supposed to face each other at AEW All Out 2021, but the match was postponed due to PAC being stuck in the United Kingdom due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. The two would go on to have several matches at AEW Rampage later that year, winning each, but the rubber match never happened. A lot has changed since 2021, and with gold in hand, both men will look to leave Chicago with the title in hand.
Title Implications And Tailgate Brawls:
The final two matches of the main card may not have gold on the line, but both have title significance. in the case of Thekla and Willow NightingaleThey will battle for the right to challenge Mercedes Mone for the AEW Women’s World Championship at AEW WrestleDream 2026 on October 17th. Nightingale defeated Thekla at AEW Redemption 2026 to win the world title at number one, but is 100% out of this bout due to a broken arm. “Venom Spider” feels it’s right for her to return to the top of the women’s division.
While the AEW World Tag Team Championships literally hang in the balance in a three-way ladder match, the number one contenders will also be decided at All Out. Current AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin will play Stephen Borden to take on Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight of The Don Callis Family, which would be Borden’s third televised match in AEW. He may not be as experienced as his opponents, but Borden has a man who won gold not too long ago with his father Sting, and after outlasting Knight at Wembley Stadium, Darby will look to take Borden one step closer to his first gold.
Before things kick off on the main card, the Tailgate Brawl will air at 7:00 PM ET on TNT and HBO MAX. The show will feature two matches to get fans excited for the show, Jack Perry will face Katsuyori Shibata, where if Perry wins, he will move closer to his desired confrontation with Samoa Joe.
The other match will be the actual Tailgate Brawl, with The Bang Bang Gang going up against the Dogs and the Death Riders. Juice Robinson will train Jay White, Ace Austin and The Gunns from ringside, while their opponents will be without Claudio Castagnoli and Gabe Kidd. work for NJPW the next day. However, the team of Daniel Garcia, Wheeler Utah, Clarke Connors and David Finlay will be hoping they can get their night off on the right foot.
