The Warriors refused Chance McMillian and Davon Smith after signing them earlier on Wednesday to expose 10 contracts, according to NBA Transaction Log.
Both players were members of the Warriors’ G-League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors, last season, and both will be eligible for Exhibit 10 bonuses if they remain with the team for at least 60 days.
The 6’3″ McMillian played nine games for the Warriors in the Las Vegas Summer League and California Classic this summer, averaging 10.0 points and shooting 51.4% from three in 16.2 minutes.
Smith played in seven games, averaging 8.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 17.2 minutes per game, including a 21-point, nine-rebound performance in the Summer League Finals.
