Brendan Allen it was a great evening UFC Vegas 122 a few weeks ago and still getting better.
Allen took the main event Christian Leroy Duncan and held off the rise of the Englishman in a bloody five-round scrap. In the final round of their grueling fight, Allen was able to take his opponent to his back and lock in a submission. (see here)insurance $100,000 extra bonus as a result of his late graduation. As it turns out, that wouldn’t be Allen’s only bonus from the evening!
Social media star SteveWillDoIt loves to throw money and is an “All In” supporter. After Allen’s big win, SteveWillDoIt (real name Stephen Deleonardis) paid for the 185-pound competitor’s brand new Cadillac. “Congratulations to my fighter Brandan Allen,” Deleonardis wrote X. “That mother f—ker just got a caddilac as a performance bonus!!!!”
If the nearly $190,000 wire transfer wasn’t proof enough, Allen posted a video showing off his new wheels while still at the dealership, and thanked SteveWillDoIt and his affiliates/sponsors.
“We’re here at Cadillac in New Orleans,” Allen said. “There’s that fight bonus from your boy SteveWillDoIt… it’s crazy crazy. Totally awesome guy.”
Since the big win, Allen has won four straight fights and successfully established himself in the middleweight title race. He has been shoot a grudge match versus a former champion In Dricus du Plessis for years nowand maybe the timing is right after all. Either way, Allen should be in title contention sooner rather than later, and he’ll have a fancy new car to get him safely to the gym.
