On November 4, 2026, All Elite Wrestling’s most brutal clause returned because 2026 “AEW Dynamite” Blood and Guts edition took place in Jacksonville, Florida. It was a night where Darby Allin was thrown from the top of the cage to the floor, Megan Bain was bleeding more than ever, and every weapon imaginable was used, from tables and chairs to light tubes and pliers.
Naturally, a match like this will take its toll on the wrestlers, but while there were some bumps and bruises, Brian Alvarez reports:Wrestling Observer Radio“That there were no real injuries from the Blood and Guts game and everyone is practically fine. “There were some really scary things in both of these matches. I was told everyone was fine.” There was concern from some backstage that Darby had suffered an injury during the fall from the cage at the end of the show, but reports say that appears to be superficial, although Alvarez noted that Darby was already in a lot of pain heading into the match. he had just run the New York City Marathon. Darby didn’t train for the marathon, but he did it anyway, although he reportedly regrets not having at least some training before the race.
In the women’s match, Chris Statlander, Harley Cameron, Willow Nightingale, Queen Aminata, and The Brawling Birds defeated The Triangle of Madness, Persephone, and The Sisters of Sin, and Statlander forced Julia Hart to submit after wrapping barbed wire around her face and neck. For the men, the Don Callis Family defeated Adam Copeland, The Young Bucks, Darby Allin, Stephen Borden and Will Osprey when Copeland submitted on behalf of his team before Fletcher could hit Osprey in the head with a screwdriver.
