Shaidullaev (20-0) praised the Australian after the match and expressed his interest in a possible meeting with “The Great”.

Shaidullayev acknowledged Volkanovski in a social media post, while also offering encouragement to Evloev. The undefeated Kyrgyz featherweight said he would welcome the opportunity to challenge himself against the UFC champion.
“Congratulations Volk. It was a champion’s performance,” Shaidullaev wrote on X. “An inspiration to the next generation. One fight does not define a fighter. Movsar, I hope you come back even stronger. Volk looked sharp tonight. I would like to challenge myself against him.”
Shaidullaev has established himself as one of the most prominent featherweights outside of the UFC. His last win came against the former Bellator
master AJ McKee at
Super Rizin 5 in September.
