Ultimate Fighting Championship the lightweight titleholder strongly endorsed Donald Trump, stressing the importance of voting.
Justin Gaethje urges Republicans to participate during Dallas convention speech
He urged Republican supporters to vote with the same fervor as they did in the 2024 presidential election. Gaethje also believes that President Trump and the Republican Party want the best for everyone, even their political rivals.
“In wrestling, your last fight is how people remember you, but your next fight is the only one that matters,” Gaethje said. “Everyone needs to understand how important this election is and we need to get out and vote. One of the mistakes I’ve made in my career was getting complacent during a streak and forgetting how unforgiving my sport can be. If we’re not as passionate about voting and winning this offseason as we were in the last presidential election, we risk going out and losing just to lose. Everything we have for America’s future is at stake. for we want. I want to live in a conservative form of government. And I truly believe that President Trump wants the best for every American, no matter what aisle they walk down.
Besides Gaethje Bo Nickal
(9-1) also spoke at the convention. Nickal thanked Trump for his continued support and the opportunity to compete
UFC Freedom 250 in the White House in June.
Trump is a close friend of the UFC CEO Dana White and has also been endorsed by several UFC stars in the past. Colby Covington, Jorge Masvidal and Henry Cejudoamong others, has previously taken to the stage to publicly support Trump.
