The Netherlands Back row Isa Prince has signed for JAECOO Premiership Women’s Rugby Club Trailfinders Women.
The versatile 23-year-old spent part of the 2024/25 season with Harlequins, making two appearances before being released, and starred for the Oranje in WXV Global Series Challenger 2026 in Hong Kong.
At the Kai Tak Sports Ground, Prince and her teammates finished second in the six-team tournament at the Kai Tak Sports Ground. Fiji won the title with a last-gasp penalty on the last day.
In her three appearances, she made 51 tackles, carried the ball 19 times for 62 meters and stole two lines.
Barney Maddison, Trailfinders Women’s Head Coach said: “Isa is a dynamic forward who gives us great options in both the second and back rows.
“Her versatility is something that will greatly benefit the team and we can’t wait for her to be in training with the team coming off the back of what was a very successful WXV Global Series (Challenger) for Isa with the Netherlands.”
Prince is the latest arrival at Trailfinders ahead of the start of the 2026/27 league season. Maddison recruited Women Rugby World Cup winner Ruby Tui, England international Bo Westcombe-Evans and Scotland playmaker Helen Nelson.
Soon after, the 23-year-old Dutch back-row was recruited Canada international Laetitia Royer has signed for the West London club.
In her first PWR season, Royer made 10 appearances for Saracens while the north London side lifted silverware in the league final at Twickenham Stoop.
A member of the 2024 World Rugby Women’s Under-15 Dream Team, the 35-year-old has made four appearances at Women’s Rugby World Cup In 2025, Canada finished as the runner-up in the tournament.
So far in the WXV Global Series, she has started at forward in all three of her team’s September matches. Those outings included a win against Scotland, a draw with England and a loss to France.
Maddison said: “Letitia is a fantastic player and we are delighted to have been able to sign her. She is currently showing her quality in the ongoing WXV Global Series and we have seen first hand what she can do at PWR.”
