It’s a big night for WWE NXT along with the show “AEW Dynamite! along with Blood & Guts on Wednesday during its regular Tuesday timeslot due to election coverage, and WWE loaded up the program. Former WWE Undisputed Champion CM Punk is set to face NXT Champion Grayson Waller for his gold, and before that match NXT creative director Shawn Michaels had to put the law on the backstage.
Punk’s rival and opponent on “WWE SmackDown” where they are set to go one-on-one in a No Holds Barred match on Friday, Kevin Owens. posted a video on X (formerly Twitter) where he was involved in a backstage confrontation with Michaels at the WWE Performance Center. In the video, Owens said he was there to get treatment for his shoulders, but the Platform Kid wasn’t buying it.
In the video, Owens said that Michaels was telling him to leave. Michaels responded that he felt like Owens showed up to PC on a Wednesday of all days because he knew Punk would be there before his title match.

“Look, I get that you guys can’t get along,” Michaels said.
Michaels said he could come back “any other day of the week”, and Owens ended the clip with a defeated, “holy man”.
Owens and Punk have have already wrestled their No Holds Barred matchwill air on Friday. WWE taped the blue brand’s episode following Monday’s “WWE Raw” as the company traveled to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Saturday’s WWE Crown Jewel.
