Keselowski settled into the top 20 early, reporting a good ride overall but some difficulty on corner exit. The opening 60 laps were caution-free and he finished the first round in 19th place. After a strong pit stop, he restarted 17th to start Stage Two and quickly moved up to 14th before changes and strategy mix-ups dropped him out of the top 20.

A quick pit stop under caution gained two more places, putting him in seventh for the restart. From there, he held steady in the top 10 before a late caution sent the field into overtime.
Crew chief Jeremy Bullins made a bold call to stay out, putting Keselowski on the front row for the final restart. He advanced on the white flag lap and cruised to the win before Ryan Blaney slipped in the final turn, leaving Keselowski in second.
