As Alexa Bliss slowly transitioned into a dark character shortly after Bray Wyatt’s return to WWE, she was paired with The Fiend before the angle was dropped due to her actual medical issues and maternity leave. Unfortunately, Bliss was still on maternity leave when Wyatt suddenly passed away, but with the debut of Wyatt Sicks, everyone believed he would be involved with the faction when he returned as his darker self.
“It’s been talked about,” Joe Gacy said interview with Denise Salcedo. According to Gacy, Bliss was brought up joining Wyatt Sicks during their first meeting at WWE Headquarters, where it was claimed she would join the group when she was ready to return from maternity leave. “I just assumed, well, he’s going to be with us eventually. And my whole point was, when he comes back, we definitely, whether he’s with us or he’s not with us, we definitely have to address that.”
Gacy added that at some point there were several meetings that Bliss attended, and that he even pitched ideas that never materialized.
“I just thought it was a little silly that you have him on the show, you know, in the same outfit, the odes to (Wyatt) and the Wyatt family, and sometimes we’re right after him. he added, describing it as a huge missed opportunity.
He then flashed back to his and Dexter Loomis’ thoughts of a possible rift in the Wyatt Six when Gacy became Uncle Howdy’s new persona during Bo Dallas’ injury, and the two of them would cross against Bliss, Dallas, and Erick Rowan.
