After Hearn repeatedly accused White of stalling negotiations, the latter responded during a recent media frenzy.

“I know he wants to think he’s a promoter,” White said in media captured by iFL TV. “I’ve never seen a guy who should be promoting an event hurt a fight more than this guy. No argument.”

White was then asked if he was close to leaving the negotiations.

“Yeah, we’re literally screwed over there,” he said. “Now that’s bloody stupid. If it happens in the UK, there’s a lot less money in it. My job is to come in, figure out how to make money for both guys and make money for the other guys involved. If Eddie doesn’t like the way it goes down, get out of the contract and fight yourself. Whether this fight happens or not, my life will go on and I’ll be fine.”
