The 2026-27 Concacaf Nations League A begins on September 24 and runs until October 5, with 16 teams chasing qualification for the 2027 Gold Cup.
The 12 lowest-ranked teams play a group stage, home and away, before the top two from each group join the four pre-ranked teams, Canada, Mexico, Panama and the United States, in the quarterfinals.
Group A includes Costa Rica, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Curaçao, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Group B includes Honduras, Jamaica, Guatemala, Suriname, Martinique and El Salvador.
The group stage takes place in the September-October window, from September 24 to 28 for League A, with the top two finishers in each group advancing. The quarter-finals follow in November 2026, where the top eight A-League teams compete for places in the Nations League final at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Crucially, reaching these finals gives teams a direct route to the 2027 Gold Cup, which raises the stakes of each outcome.
The full schedule includes the group stage from 24 September to 5 October, the quarter-finals from 9 to 17 November and the finals from 25 to 28 March 2027.
