Strickland said they would defend their titles in a rematch against them, and Kofi and Austin Creed said they had a better idea.
Strickland and New Level successfully defended their gold against Brodido and Paige at AEW All Out. They won the titles at Creed and Kofi’s debut at AEW All In London, where they were revealed as Strickland’s mystery partners in a Trios Roulette Royal match.
