Will Osprey remains the AEW World Champion, winning his first title defense against Jon Moxley. AEW All Out 2026.
The pair battled back and forth until Ospreay sent Moxley out to the ring. Moxley sent Ospreay to the floor when he DDTed him on the ropes, right on the top turnbuckle. Moxley jumped the champion off the steps and cut him off the edge, taking control of the fight. He hit a piledriver on Ospreay, but Ospreay avoided a second.
The competitors hit each other with punches and Moxley looked for Fujiwara’s armbar. They traded counters where Osprey got up from the triangle hold to look for the Styles Clash, but Moxley took him down with a bare back choke. Moxley hit a sleeper suplex, then a Gotch-style cartwheel and tried to stomp Ospreay’s neck before the champion got to his feet.
Osprey regained momentum in the match and hit a powerbomb in the Styles Clash. He looked for the Hidden Blade, but Marina Shafir grabbed his boots. Mike Bailey and Francesco Akira of the United Empire wouldn’t let the other Death Riders interfere. After the referee’s kick, however, the factions started brawling. Pac came out with the briefcase Moxley used when he was champion, but Andrade El Idolo took him out.
Moxley hit the Paradigm Shift and Ospreay hit the Hidden Blade while the referee was still down. Shafir nailed Osprey with the briefcase, but was met by Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter, who took him out, then hit the United Empire Taunt before Wheeler took out Utah and the Death Riders.
Ospreay ate on the briefcase, along with two Paradigm Shifts and a Death Roller, but he didn’t stay. Ospreay eventually connected with Hidden Blade for the win.
